At present, our production workshop covers an area of 3,000 square meters, and it could produce 200 machines in a single month. UNIONPACK has a strict quality control system, which is delivered to ensure an immediate use for customers. All the production steps will be controlled, from components’ processing, testing and assembly to machines’ commissioning and quality inspection before delivery.

Machines that have been tested and approved are then sent through a dust prevention process. Before being shipped, they are wiped down, oiled, and dried with a desiccant, before being covered with wrapping film, then finally, are packed into non-fumigated wooden boxes to be shipped.

In order to ensure all orders are completed on time, the assembly and commissioning process is carried out in the same workshop. Because some packing machines are easier to assemble than others, we have multiple groups of equipment designed to assemble different machines, which guarantees both precision and speed for all machinery. The commissioning process begins right after assembly has been completed, and parameter values are set according to the customer requirements. This ensures all equipment works as designed before being passed on to the quality control inspectors
